You’re here because you’ve either never heard of a millennial bull, or because you have heard of it but have no idea what it means or refers to. It is very possible that the first time you heard this term was when you visited this website. Whatever your reason might be, search no further! You’re about to find out exactly what a millennial bull is straight from the horse’s, or in this case, straight from the bull’s mouth.
First and foremost, a millennial bull is someone who is in search of or has found ways to get ahead in life. They do this by taking the time to read and learn so that they can arm themselves with the proper tools to succeed. A millennial bull is a solution-oriented individual. To use the classic adage, one that can turn lemons into lemonade. They are savvy, innovative, they tend to be well-educated and they are always looking for ways to make more money outside of their normal 9 to 5 job.
A millennial bull is someone who wants to know exactly what to do to get themselves out of a high debt situation in the quickest and most cost-efficient way possible, rather than sitting on it. They want to figure out how to use and take advantage of the current system that is meant to exploit us. You can see what I mean in the related article below:

A millennial bull possesses the following 3 traits:
- Hard Work
These basic traits will help anyone succeed in life. It may seem pretty obvious but many people either choose to ignore these traits or just don’t think to adopt them into their daily lives in order to ensure a higher rate of success.
Hard work is very straight forward. No matter what a person chooses to do in life, they should always do it to the best of their abilities. This means that even if you are a toilet bowl cleaner, a dish washer, or a car salesman… your goal on the job should be to work so hard that you are considered the best at your job. In order to do that, you have to work hard… extremely hard. This shows dedication and allows others to recognize you for a job well done.
Being recognized for a job well done is something you will need in order to move up the corporate ladder, if that is your goal in life. It is also something that others will take notice of. So, when you decide that you want to start your own side business and need a partner or additional funds, you will have less trouble getting what you need. Those around you will view you as a hard worker. Everyone wants to work with or invest in someone who is a hard worker.
Determination is the second hardest trait to acquire. What is determination? According to Merriam Webster, determination is “a quality that makes you continue trying to do or achieve something that is difficult.” In other words, never giving up! You need to have this quality if you want to succeed in anything, such as starting a business or finding a job that will move you up a couple levels on the salary scale. These things are very hard to do. However, if you are determined and you don’t throw in the towel, the world will eventually fold and you WILL get what you have been working so hard to achieve.
You WILL get that higher salary as long as you keep fighting for it with your current employer. Also, you can interview with a different company that is willing to offer you the salary you wanted in order for you to jump ship. You just can’t give up. You have to keep grinding, keep hustling. This trait is one of the most important traits to have.
According to The Motley Fool, about “half of all businesses don’t exist after 5 years,” while only one-third make it past their tenth anniversary. This means that there is a high chance of failure. However, you have to stay determined because eventually, you will be that 1 out of 3 that succeeds.
Perseverance goes hand-in-hand with determination. You have to keep grinding “in spite of difficulty, obstacles, or discouragement.” Again, you just can’t give up. You have to keep pushing, researching, and staying up late at night. When you work that hard, at some point, you will figure it out and you will achieve everything you have been shooting for.
It won’t come easy, but when it does, it will be because you worked hard, with lots of determination and perseverance! As mentioned above, if at first you don’t succeed, try again. That is the only way to ensure success.
Remember, take the time to educate yourself, do research, and learn from experts. Do everything you must in order to ensure a higher rate of success in whatever it is you are trying to succeed in. This is the Millennial Bull way.
